Recommended Actions
For a better overview during processing, this page shows all Recommended Actions in one list.
You can sort this list by Priority or date of creation. There is also the option to filter the list of Recommended Actions by

Priority (low, medium, high)

Status (open / closed)
Any combination of the filter criteria can be ticked. Furthermore, the endpoint is displayed for which the recommended action is relevant.

Below the “Action” column of a Recommended Action in the list, you have the option of marking it as completed, reject it, or view the detail page.

to open the
detail view of the action. -
By clicking the
icon, you can mark the recommended action as completed -
By clicking the
icon, you can reject performing the
recommended action

Detail page for Recommended Actions
On the detail page, you can view detailed information on a specific recommended action. This includes Information on the incident to which the recommended action belongs and the endpoint concerned.
You also have the option of marking the recommended action as completed or rejecting it.
