Add a contact to the emergency chain
In the event of a critical incident, the contacts in the emergency chain are called in the specified order (from top to bottom) until an emergency contact is reached. |

In the G DATA Web Portal, open the 365 Managed XDR > Notifications window. |

Click in the Phone number field and enter the phone number of the contact. Show screenshot |

Confirm your entries by clicking on the Save button. |
