G DATA 365 | Mail Protection
Why do e-mails that have already been marked as spam appear again in the log?
If an incoming spam e-mail from G DATA 365 | Mail Protection has been moved to the recipient’s junk mail directory, it will be in a subfolder of the recipient’s inbox. If we find out at later date via the rescan, that this spam e-mail also contains a virus, it is moved to quarantine. Excluding the junk directory from the rescans would pose a security risk.
