Emails from certain senders are not arriving, although all other emails are working fine. What could be causing this?
If individual messages are not delivered, this may be because the inbound connector you have created (as suggested in our guide) is not being used to receive messages from us only.
Connectors are also used, for example, to identify IP addresses and TLS certificates. This can lead to loops. As a result, G DATA 365 | Mail Protection will no longer accept the email.
This behavior has been reported to us, among other things, when the sender’s server uses the DMARC specification.
Lösung:
If you experience such loops, it is necessary to change your MX record to mailprotection.gdata.de.
