Improvements

If the G DATA Virus Guard has been deliberately switched off permanently, it will now no longer be reactivated by updating the signatures.
The G DATA Tuner shows all installed browser extensions once again.
Removed misleading error message ("licence expired") that was displayed under special circumstances after an unsuccessful signature update.
