Problems with the automatic update of G DATA products

If an update is started directly from the application with some older versions of G DATA products, this can lead to problems. The reason for this is a software version that has not been updated for a longer period of time and is outdated.

If you run into the following error message during the update (see screenshot), you should reinstall your software to continue receiving updates.
