Clients < version 15.1 do not get program update after G DATA Management Server update

After updating G DATA Management Server to version 15.4.x or higher, no clients whose version is < 15.1.x will update.

This problem occurs because the code signing has been adapted to current standards. This leads to issues with older clients during the update from a current G DATA Management Server.

Update the affected G DATA Security Client with a setup file or an installation package.

For individual clients, simply start the setup file. The update will then be prompted to you.

If several clients are affected, the update can also be performed by script. In the script, use the installation file with the Parameters /_QuietInstallation="true" and /InstallMode=Install.
