G DATA Business Solutions: Register registration number

After installing G DATA Management Server, the purchased registration number must be registered once in the licensee’s name.

This is how you register your registration number.

  1. Open the external Internet Update window (Start → G DATA → Internet Update).

  2. Open the Online registration menu there.

  3. Fill out the form completely.

  4. Submit the form via the Activate now button.

Now you will receive a username and password. The data is already stored in the G DATA Management Server.

Use the Update virus database…​ button to immediately download the latest virus signatures. This retrieves the license data from our servers and stores it in G DATA Management Server.

From now on, you can view your data in the G DATA Administrator under the tab ManagementServer → License Management.
