G DATA Security Awareness Trainings

Switch multiple learners to the 3-levels system.

Existing customers who have been using our linear G DATA Security Awareness Trainings can switch their learners to the new learning concept after we have activated it.

This guide explains how to make the switch for multiple learners at the same time:

  1. In the admin dashboard, click User Management.

  2. Select the desired learners for whom you want to activate the learning journey.

  3. Click Select Action and select Edit.

  4. Scroll down.

  5. In the drop-down menu, in the "Cyber Security Awareness Journey" field, select the "Journey-Basic" learning plan (for Switzerland: "Journey-Basic-CH").

  6. Click Edit User to save the changes.
