G DATA Security Awareness Trainings

Convert a learner to the 3-levels system.

Existing customers who have been using our linear G DATA Security Awareness Trainings can switch their learners to the new learning concept after we have activated it.

This guide explains how to make the switch:

  1. In the admin dashboard, click User Management.

  2. Locate the learner for whom you want to activate the learning journey.

  3. Click the three dots to the right of the name and select Edit.

  4. click Additional Fields in the upper right corner.

  5. In the drop-down menu, in the Cyber Security Awareness Journey field, select the Journey-Basic learning plan (for Switzerland: Journey-Basic-CH).

  6. Click Update to save the changes.
