How do I know which and how many courses have been completed by learners?

For this information we recommend the report "User Progress Report (Learning Plans)".

You can access this report via the Cogwheel, then clicking on New Reports or by clicking Go to Reports on the admin dashboard. Then go to the Create custom reports tab.

ou will then find a list of our three standard reports, including the "User Progress Report (Learning Plans)". By clicking on this report, you will get a preview. If too much data is available, your full view will not be possible. In addition, depending on the amount of data, it can take a very long time until the preview is displayed. It is better to download the report as a CSV or as an Excel file.
