Enrolling learners in courses

The following instructions explain how to assign learners to an individual course:

Note that individual courses should only be assigned exceptionally.
  1. Open the Administrator dashboard.

  2. Call up the Course management via the Admin menu (top right).

  3. Select the course you want to assign from the list by clicking on the user icon in the corresponding row (on the right side of the row). Be sure to select your preferred language.

  4. Click on the round button Manage enrolments at the top right and select Enrol user.

  5. Check the box of each learner you want to assign to the course.

  6. Click on Next at the bottom right.

  7. Click on Confirm in the next window. We recommend that you do not set any deadlines for processing.
