Where can I find the certificates I have acquired so far?

These instructions apply to existing customers who have already completed our trainings before the introduction of our current 3-levels system.

You can still find the successfully acquired certificates from the existing learning plan on the learning platform. The course certificates can be accessed via the user menu under "My activities" > "Courses". Under "My activities" > "Learning plans", the completion certificate of the entire learning plan is also visible. Course certificates as well as the completion certificate can be downloaded directly by clicking on them.

We generally recommend that all certificates are downloaded and saved in a suitable location.
