How do I switch to the new 3-levels system learning concept?

These instructions apply to existing customers who have already completed our trainings before the introduction of our current 3-levels system.

The new 3-levels learning concept has many benefits for learning success and adoption of awareness training among employees. As each organization is individually set up in terms of training, we do not force a changeover, but leave it up to you to decide when you would like to switch to the new learning concept.

We recommend that you do not make the switch until the existing learning plan has been completed by employees. Converting before the existing learning plan is finished would mean that the learning progress is reset.

Once you have decided to convert, the conversion works in 3 steps:

  1. Sent us a message +. Email us (contact details can be found on your admin dashboard) to let us know that you would like to make the switch for yourself.

  2. Get unlocked
    Our team will unlock the ability to make the switch in your LMS.

  3. Enable
    You assign the "Cyber Defense Awareness Journey" to learners in the user management of your LMS.
